Rental Property Bathroom Before

A rental property in Dalry required a full renovation. The first job was replacing the bathroom which was in dire need of updating. All works from rip out, plumbing, plastering, tiling, joinery and decorating was completed by Leask Property.

Pub Stage Stair and Handrail During

A popular city centre pub required a stair and railing fitted to the stage area to create a snug. All works carried out by Leask Property.

Painted in a dark grey with metal handrails and carpet treads. Access to the snug gives an extra 12 covers to the bar and adds a V.I.P feel to an area.
